Hi guys! Back after a long hiatus with a quick video on some new language resource books for Haitian Creole. I love Creole, it's one of my new favorite languages! Enjoy. Here are the books. Directed by Michael Curtiz and produced by Hal B. Wallis, the American film producer best remembered for his work on Casablanca, King Creole is the story of year-old high school student Danny Fisher, played by Elvis Presley, who works tirelessly at a shoddy New Orleans joint as a busboy before and after school to help support his unemployed father and sister.

The Haitian Creole Language is the first book dealing with the central role of Creole in Haiti and the Haitian diaspora, especially in the United States. Dispelling myths about Creole, with discussions of Haitian and Haitian Creole history, it provides a foundation for educators, service providers, policy makers, social scientists, and language. The ancient Greek aphorism “Know Thyself” has a special resonance for those of us who define ourselves as “Creole”. Understanding and appreciating the real meaning of the word and with it the richness of our own identities and heritage has not always been a clear-cut thing.

With over titles and reading levels from grades , TumbleBookCloud Junior is a great option for adventurous young readers who wish to go beyond the picture book collection in TumbleBookLibrary! TumbleBookCloud Junior contains early reader chapter books, children's classics, graphic novels, children's audio books and new National. "Creole cuisine is an art in itself, reflecting the same happy combination of opposites found in Creole people who developed it," describes the anonymous author of Creole Cuisine, a book published in by the utility company New Orleans Public Service Inc., "New Orleans was settled by the French and the Spanish, and the children of marriages.
